As a member, you’ll earn reward points with every purchase. You can then use these points to save money on future orders. You can also earn points by telling friends about YuMOVE, sharing details about your pets, and following us on social media. We'll be adding new ways to earn points, so keep an eye out.

Yes. If you return an entire order, we will refund the total amount you spent after the discount was applied. The points you used for the discount will be added back to your rewards account.

First, double-check that you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t check out as a guest. You must be logged in to earn points on your purchases. If you think this happened by mistake, please contact us and we can help apply the points to your account. You also won't receive points if you return your purchase or if the order is cancelled. Any points earned on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your balance.
We want to make sure all your hard earned points are right where they belong – in your account. Sometimes there can be a short delay, and points may take a few minutes to a few hours to appear.

Thank you for spreading the word about YuMOVE! For the referral to be successful, your friend must be a first time customer. The referral also needs to be sent through the referral box on your rewards page or by using your unique referral link.
Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase. When this happens, we’ll send you an email to let you know a reward has been added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ for an update.
